Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Rapid Fund LLC (“Rapid Fund,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates rapidfund.me and the client portal at portal.rapidfund.me (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Rapid Fund helps real estate investors find business-purpose financing. We are not a lender. Our Services are intended for business and investment purposes only, not for personal, family, or household purposes.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a Transaction Summary, send us a message, create a portal account, or otherwise work with us, you may provide:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Business information, such as the name and state of your borrowing entity and your role in it.
- Property and deal information, such as the property address and type, purchase price, requested loan amount, renovation budget, timeline, and exit strategy.
- Financial and background information, such as a self-reported credit score range, real estate experience, and documents you upload (for example, entity documents, identification, bank statements, purchase contracts, and insurance information).
- Communications, including the content of messages, emails, calls, and texts you exchange with us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Services, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit, including through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from others. We may receive information about you or your transaction from lenders, licensed brokerage partners, title companies, appraisers, and other parties involved in your deal, from public records, and from people who refer you to us.
2. How We Use Information
- To review your Transaction Summary and evaluate whether your deal fits the lenders and programs available to us.
- To present your deal to lenders and help move it toward closing.
- To communicate with you, including responding to questions, giving status updates, and requesting documents.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Services and your portal account.
- To understand how the Services are used and improve them.
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use automated tools, including AI-based tools, to help organize and summarize the information you submit. Decisions about your deal are made by people on our team and, ultimately, by the lenders who review it.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Lenders and capital providers that we believe may be a fit for your deal, so they can review and evaluate it.
- Licensed brokerage partners through which loan brokerage services are provided where a license is required.
- Other parties to your transaction, such as title companies, appraisers, insurance agents, and closing agents, as needed to complete your deal.
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, e-signature, and data processing providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety purposes, when we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rapid Fund, our users, or others.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
- With your consent or at your direction.
Once a lender or other third party receives your information, its use of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Calls, Emails, and Text Messages
By providing your phone number and email address, you agree that Rapid Fund may contact you by phone, email, and text message about your inquiry, your deal, and related services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our website. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
6. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls on our client portal. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please upload sensitive documents, such as identification and bank statements, through the secure portal rather than by regular email.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, regulatory, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may keep certain information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as records related to a transaction. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor those rights as required.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Links to Other Websites
The Services may link to websites operated by others, such as lenders and partners. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
