Rapid Fund helps real estate investors find financing for their next deal. Whether you’re buying a fix-and-flip, bridging to a refinance, or adding a rental to your portfolio, we connect you with private and commercial lenders who look at the property and your equity, not just your tax returns.

How it works: submit a short Transaction Summary that describes the property and what you need. An experienced member of our team reviews it, follows up with any questions, and matches your deal with lenders in our network who fit it. We stay with you from the first conversation through closing, and you can check your deal’s progress anytime in your client portal.

Our team combines years of real estate experience, long-standing relationships with lenders, and more than 25 years of building software. That lets us move quickly, keep you informed, and spend our time on what matters: moving your deal toward the closing table.

Rapid Fund is not a lender. Loans are made by third-party lenders, and submitting a Transaction Summary is not a loan application or a loan approval. Business-purpose loans only; not for owner-occupied residences. Loan programs are not available in all states.
