Is Rapid Fund a lender?
No. We connect real estate investors with third-party lenders who make the loans. Submitting a Transaction Summary isn’t a loan application or a loan approval.
What kinds of deals do you help with?
Business-purpose financing for real estate investors, such as fix-and-flip, bridge, and rental property loans. The options available depend on the property, the deal, and the lender.
Can I use Rapid Fund for a home I’ll live in?
No. We only help with business-purpose loans on investment properties. We can’t help with loans on a home that you or a family member will live in.
Do I need perfect credit?
Not necessarily. Our lenders focus mainly on the property and your equity. Credit and experience can still be factors, but past credit issues aren’t automatically a deal-breaker.
What happens after I submit a Transaction Summary?
A member of our team reviews it, follows up with any questions, and looks for lenders in our network who fit your deal. You can check progress in your client portal.
Do you work outside Minnesota?
Yes, we work with investors nationwide. Loan programs aren’t available in every state, and we’ll let you know right away if we can’t help with a property’s location.
